Free 15 "Good Fit" Call
I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to help determine if I will be a good fit for what you are looking for. Choosing a therapist is an important piece of the healing journey and research supports better outcomes for those client's who have a trusting relationship with their therapist. Please reach out and book a consultation.
Individual Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes. In session I incorporate non-violent communication and experiential exercises to bring curiosity and exploration of what is present. I am certified in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR and use this technique to help many clients heal from past experiences, which often contributes to the present challenges.
EMDR Consultation for Therapist (CIT)
I have been EMDRIA certified since March 2022
I'm excited to announce I am now will be offering consultation to therapists who have completed EMDR basic training, EMDR therapists in general, and/or therapists who need consultation for certification.
As a CIT, I am able to provide:
- 10 hours of consultation to complete basic training requirements
- up to 15 of the 20 hours of consultation needed for certification.
- Consultation as needed to other EMDR therapists.
- 1-on-1 consultation for $70 per session
- Group rates available
Rates
I strive to make therapy affordable and accessible in the following ways:
- I am in-network with Aetna, Optum/United, and Cigna in both North Carolina and Florida.
- I work with a biller who helps folks access their out-of-network (OON) benefits efficiently.
- I offer sliding scale rates of $85-$125.
